Established in 1983

under the name of Davenheath Ltd the company was led by Mr Anthony Floyd providing Fire Alarm installation and servicing. He grew the business by incorporating fire extinguisher maintenance and by adding Intruder Alarm & Security service provision which was headed up by Mr Alan Dadley.

In 2002 Mrs Susan Gregory was head-hunted to join the team and to implement advanced administrative and financial procedures. In 2014 both Alan Dadley and Susan Gregory undertook a management buy-out and became joint owners of the business.

As with time, nothing stops and Davenheath Ltd maintained a steady growth within the industry, and remained providing fire safety to customers throughout the COVID year and afterwards.

In November 2024, the security side of the business was sold and the shares belonging to Alan Dadley were sold to Matthew Gregory and Scott Gregory, making Davenheath Ltd a totally family run business.

In December 2024, to mark the new regime within the business, we re-branded to become Mascott Fire & Electrical Ltd.

AIM

Our continued aim within the industry is to provide all of our customers, new and old, a bespoke solution to any fire and electrical related projects. To be available to personally discuss issues if required and not just be only contactable via emails. We pride ourselves on being pro-active in giving clients structured preventative maintenance and fire safety compliance solutions to meet their individual needs.
